Dual Durometer Extrusions
Dual durometer extrusion is a subset of co-extrusion in which we combine two materials of differing hardness (durometer) to fine-tune the physical/mechanical properties of your end products. Vidon Plastics delivers custom dual durometer profiles that seamlessly bond materials of varying Shore hardness, achieving more complex extruded designs that are both strong and flexible where needed.
