The strength of Vidon Plastics lies in our employees. Our employees are the enablers who allow the company to serve the needs of our customers and maintain high-quality product and exemplary customer service.

Gainsharing: All members of the Vidon team, from top to bottom, are tasked with product responsibility and maintaining operational efficiencies – measured through our gainsharing program.
Because of our transparency in providing team costs and operational cost savings to our employees, Vidon Plastics’ gainsharing program has paid out over $800,000 to our employees since its inception. Our focus on reducing costs has resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars saved by our customers.

Loyalty: We are proud to maintain employee loyalty, evidenced by our low turn-over rate. Twenty of our 55 full time employees have been with the company for more than 10 years. Our employee loyalty translates into lots of experience and expertise in creating extrusions.
